The Riverside Cottages at La Bourgogne are converted staff houses, dating back to 1952, and are situated on the banks of the river between a pear orchard to the west and oaks and willows to the east. The glow of sunset colors on the Middagkrans Mountains, framed by the trees, is spectacular.

A swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a deck overhangs the river providing the perfect place to unwind and take in Franschhoek's magnificent mountain views whilst having a casual braai. Our cottages are comfortable living in a beautiful and tranquil setting, ideal for wonderful summers, family retreat or a cozy, romantic winter weekend away.

Cottages: There are 6 self-catering cottages to choose from, all of which have under floor heating in the bathrooms, showers and open fire places in the living rooms.
